New Schedule... So Far

We are working on getting some different classes in there. I'll let you know as soon as it is solidified. :)

*** Zumba - Beginner/Low Impact: This class will have more instruction between songs. I will be modeling the lower impact version for the songs so those who are just starting exercise or just starting zumba will be able to better follow along. This class will be 45-50 minutes long.

If you have already been coming to our Zumba classes you are welcome to join us for this class if you'd like. You will recognize the songs and be able to increase the intensity on your own if you wish. :-)

***Zumba Toning - This class is a mix of zumba cardio and zumba with weights. The weights are used within the dance and because of the light weight and repetetive motions, you will tighten and tone those arms and legs. This is our class as we know it right now.

Why just cardio... burning calories while you exercise, when you can Tone... and burn more calories 24/7.
