YOGA X2 & Hip Hop Club Night!

Overall, yoga makes you feel better. Practicing the postures and breathing exercises will help you to reduce stress and tone up at the same time. Yoga is shown to increase your flexibility, strength, balance and improve posture.

Hip Hop Club Night!

Well, Kristina and I are giving in to our indulgences and doing a cardio night filled with only your favorite hip hop, reggaeton and radio hits! This beat pumping fun class will be more of a club type feel and will be for 1-1/2 hours!!! YEAH! We'll be partying together like we would going out on the town. Of course we'll have plenty of snacks and water for you. It's gonna be the night that everyone is talking about!
