I APPRECIATE YOU SPECIALS!!!

OCTOBER I APPRECIATE YOU SPECIALS!!!

October 3-6 - Week 1 of specials... = 2 for 1 Zumba

On ALL ZUMBA classes this week, 2 people get in for only $5. So find a friend, or just catch up with one at the door, come in together and you both get in for the price of 1. WOOT!!! Don't we just LOVE this?!?! (Don't forget that the monthly memberships have ended, so they won't be drawn out anymore).

I am just here to say THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! Without you, I couldn't do what I enjoy so much!

Here is our schedule this week:
Please note that SATURDAY MORNING CLASS IS CANCELLED. I don't like to do it but I have a meeting I HAVE to be at. :(

This will also be the last ZumbAtomic class at Sunshine Fitness so if your little one has been wanting to try it out. There is still time and they'll love doing Zumba with Muriel. She is awesome!

Yoga is back for the next 2 weeks so if you've been wanting to try it out, come on out... Tiffany is the best!

Sunshine Smith

Sunshine is a mother of 4 kids and is married to her best friend, Brent. She got into the fitness field while trying to lose weight and get healthy. She became a Certified Personal Trainer in Oct. 2001 and went on to drop 10 dress sizes. She loves being in the fitness field and being a part of other people's health and fitness successes. When she discovered Zumba, she found a wonderful blend of fitness and her latin background, it was just a natural mix for her. She holds many certifications, including NASM, AFAA, ISSA, Z-Health (R), and is licensed in Zumba, Zumba Toning and ZumbAtomic.

Kristina Johnson

Kristina is originally from Northern KY., but moved to Mt. Sterling 13 years ago shortly before getting married. Exercise has been an important part of her life to help maintain a weight loss of 40 pounds after her second child was born; however, NOTHING compares to the fun of burning calories in Zumba classes. She took her first class from Sunshine a little over a year ago and was instantly hooked!! SHe is licensed to teach Zumba and Zumba Toning and enjoys every minute of it. She is married to Kelly and is a mom of two wonderful children - Gracie, 12, and Davis, 6.

Tiffany Wilson

I was first introduced to yoga in 2006 after being in the corporate environment for three years and gaining the "sitting-down-all-day 15 lbs". When I couldn't find the cheerleader or soccer try-outs for twenty-somethings, I realized I needed a lifelong fitness practice. Now a graduate of the LHAA Yoga Teacher Training Program and a registered yoga teacher (RYT) with the Yoga Alliance, I am thankful I have found my practice and I'm able to share my passion with others. For me, Yoga is not just a fitness program; it is a metaphor for life. You'll find yourself in some awkward and quite frankly humiliating positions, but just like in life: keep trying, take a deep breath and move on.
