Just in time for summer... Mondays at 7:00 .... it's our... 6 Week Body Sculpt Class... It is designed to tighten our "summer" areas, increase our metabolism and have fun at the same time. :0)
Why a Body Sculpt Class? Michelangelo said “In every block of marble I see a statue as plain as though it stood before me, shaped and perfect in attitude and action. I have only to hew away the rough walls that imprison the lovely apparition to reveal it to the other eyes as mine see it.” This is exactly how I felt about me. It was about my body, my mind, my spririt, my whole self. I could see it and wanted to develop myself to be the best I could be.
