YAY HOLIDAYS!!!
We have very minor changes to our schedule during the holidays. I know you are all going to parties and get togethers and eating some YUMMY food so come on in for a class to help you keep the holiday pounds in check and keep your health during some crazy holiday times. :)
Some holiday tips:
*Eat only half the slice or piece of your favorite treat.
*If it doesn't taste good... don't eat it (unless it's good for you) hahaha.
*Keep drinking plenty of water. It's easy to forget when you are cold but that will help you maintain your weight, digest better and even sleep better.
*Don't forget to stay active. Come to one of our classes and make time for YOU!!! Everyone will love you for it. :)
